This is the fastest method to get you certified. Unlike faxing or scanning, there is no manual entry on our side. This means once you have paid your votes will be automatically marked as certified.

The minimum payment is $5.00. This takes care of processing costs as well as helps keep this site running. We of course won't complain if you help us out with little more :)

We have contracted out with Metro Fax to handle our fax services. This is a nominal fee on our side, but it's worth the price if we can get you certified.

1. Locate some local junk mail. Preferably having a return address in your city.
2. With a black marker, mark out personal details - leaving just your city, state and zip code
3. Write your e-mail address on either a cover letter or the actual document
4. Fax to (703)562-5600 from a fax number within your area code (we cross reference your zip code to area code).

Note: Include the part of the mail that identifies the source. i.e. ACME Cleaning

This will involve you using your scanner instead of a fax machine. Follow the steps in the Fax section. Instead of faxing, email a jpeg or png image to certify@capitolgpa.com. Sending us anything other than jpeg or png will be deleted. i.e. PDF's, Word Documents, etc. Also, the e-mail you send from must match the e-mail you used when you signed up.

Contact us at certify@capitolgpa.com and we'll arrange for you to mail us your verification. You'll only need to send us a empty envelope. The post office stamps each mailing with it's source. You'll just need to mail it from your home or a nearby post office.
